We are currently looking to fill the following positions:
Accounts Receivable Specialist
The AR Specialist is responsible for managing the accounts receivable transactions for the company including invoicing, credit, collections, receipts and applying established management practices to maintain cash flow. Must have strong communication, problem-solving and customer service skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles with an ability and willingness to expand their role to other balance sheet accounts responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices on a daily basis for equipment, parts and services sales
- Handle the timely and accurate posting of payments to client accounts
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via phone, or email
- Working with other departments to resolve billing issues or discrepancies in a professional manner
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment issues
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of account statuses and collection activities
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness to the general ledger
- Generate regular reports related to accounts receivable, aging, cash receipts, deposits and credit memos
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper payment terms and procedures
- Assist in the month-end closing process and prepare related financial reports
- Monitor customer payment performance to evaluate their ongoing credit
- Review and approve credit applications for new customers
- Maintain and update customer files, including name, address and credit changes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding accounts receivable
- Assist in developing and implementing improvements to the accounts receivable process
- Assist with financial statement reviews related to accounts receivable
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles including debits & credits, double entry bookkeeping, journal entries, and revenue cycle management
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records in a paperless environment
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software in an ERP System
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
PAY RANGE: $25 to $32/hr (based on qualifications, experience, degree)
Field Service Technician
Field Service Technicians install, troubleshoot and repair Martin Automatic machinery in facilities around the world. This includes installing machines, alignment with other equipment and completing electrical and pneumatic connections. Operator and maintenance personnel are also trained by Field Service Technicians.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Lathe Machinist, 5+ years experience
Set-up and operate Lathe Machines according to drawing specifications and needed operations. Select the appropriate fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, feeds and speeds to safely and accurately machine various materials. Perform in-process inspections of workpieces as needed to meet quality expectations. Clean and de-burr finished parts.
Lathe and/or Mill Machinist, entry level
Program, set-up, and operate Lathe or Milling Machines according to drawing specifications and needed operations. Select the appropriate fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, feeds and speeds to safely and accurately machine various materials. Perform in-process inspections of workpieces as needed to meet quality expectations. Clean and de-burr finished parts.
Machine Assembly, entry level
Machine assemblers are tasked with building complete machines, including mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and pneumatic plumbing. They will also build sub-assemblies that are used in these machines. Most components are bolted in place using pre-drilled holes but some holes must be manually located, drilled, and tapped. Some components require the builder to accurately position them using a dial indicator and machinist’s level.
Electrical Designer/Detailer
Entry level CAD Detailer with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical experience to join our controls department.
JOB DUTIES:
- Utilize AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical to draft electrical and pneumatic schematics.
- Utilize AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical to draft equipment electrical panel layouts.
- Use company Epicor MRP system to build Bills of Material.
- Work closely with engineering staff and other personnel on design and to resolve problems.
Job Type: Full-time
Required Experience: AutoCAD & AutoCAD Electrical – 1 year. Knowledge of electrical systems and symbols, and electrical codes such as NFPA79 would be beneficial.
PAY RANGE: $40K to $65K/yr (based on qualifications and experience.)
